Return conditions:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your products. Reimbursement will not be accepted for damaged items or items without tags or packaging. To request a return, please send an email to hola@monsieurzu.es

Return costs are borne by the customer. The refund is made at the latest within 14 days from the date on which MONSIEUR ZU is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, provided that the return package is received correctly.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund or the creation of your credit voucher (valid for 12 months) depending on what you have chosen.
