Monsieur ZU offers you to take a reading test inspired by the Parinaud scale method, widely used by health professionals. It consists of reading a text, in which the font size decreases more and more as you continue reading.

Click the button to download the PDF document. After printing, please read the text at a distance of about 33 cm. Read the text up to the line where you have difficulty. Then refer to the number to select the glasses that fit your diopter and check the improvement achieved.

The reading test result has no medical value. If you have any symptoms, we recommend contacting an ophthalmologist for a complete eye exam. His diagnosis will be the only one you should take into account.
